We offer Event Planning Services to complement your event when ordering from Ila’s Ideal Catering, LLC. Our Event Specialist can help you with your event and conference planning related needs.
On-Site Hostess Package*
We will provide on-site hostess service for events of 20 people or less. This package includes: catering order, catered food and set-up, assistance with decorating your venue and 4 hours of onsite hostess services (venue decorating, setup, replenish food and serving items, etc.) to allow you the freedom to enjoy your event while we help your event run smoothly.
Vendor Resources/Décor Shopping/Décor Set-up/Guest Management
Do you have a plan for your party but need specific help with finding the best vendors and shopping for needed supplies? We are here to assist you! We can even assist with decorating, setting up your event and assistance with guest managment—from invitations to creating a final attendee list!
Party Favors
Our Event Specialist will work with you to create a personalized favor for your event including our signature Favor Boxes. Our signature favor boxes are created based upon your event’s theme and can include delectable treats created by Ila’s Ideal Catering, LLC including one of our Signature Desserts.
